Health
In the current landscape of healthcare, we are being inundated more than ever by advertisements from a medical establishment built more on economy than on healing.

The presumption is that always an entity outside of ourselves has the rightful place of holding medical authority over us as individuals.

"Doctor Zoltan" came about not because I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars for a medical degree, or even a Ph.D., but because through the course of almost half a century of living and seeking health and healing solutions for my own unique journey of passions, limitations, injuries, and nutrition, I have come to understand the importance of taking back authority over my own health and over this body which only I can intimately understand through my 24/7 experience.

Taking authority as one’s own doctor does not mean that I don’t seek professional medical help, but it does mean that I seek doctors who will collaborate with me. I seek doctors who give respect to my 24/7 intimate knowledge and observations of my own body, sensations, nerves, muscles, pains, and experiences. It also means I take responsibility for my part in maintaining my health through consistent healthy daily habits and attention.
